Title: parent categories and regions are 404

Hi,

I installed osclass a few days ago (v. 3.6.1) and I posted an ad on the "cars" category (it's subcategory of "vehicles"). If I open https://www.okjim.com/vehicles/cars it's fine, but if I try to open the parent https://www.okjim.com/vehicles I get a 404 error.

For regions with active ads I also get a 404: https://www.okjim.com/california-r782046

On Settings >> Permalinks I see "Your .htaccess file" identical as "What your .htaccess file should look like"

The issues were solved by re-adding {PAGE_ID} to "Page URL".

If this keyword is required (not optional) it should be stated there in the backend.

It is not optional, it is included in the default setup rules. Apparently you removed it.
